If you are seeing an "Email Not Delivered" error after inviting a couple/client, this means that we couldn't reach the email that you entered for one of the partners in the couple. This usually is because either the email was misspelled or because this client's email account is full and cannot accept anymore emails. Please double-check the spelling of the email address, and advise the client to empty their deleted items, or select a new email address to use with the Gottman Connect assessment process.
