You and your significant other will receive an invite email from noreply@gottmanconnect.com. If you are not able to find this email in your inbox:
- Please check your spam/junk/promotions email folders, as it is likely there. Please make sure to mark it as ‘Not Spam’ so you can see additional communications from Gottman Connect in the future.
- Ask your clinician to re-invite you using the 'Reinvite' button next to your name in the Couple's List in the clinician's account.
- Please ensure that your email has not been used for a Professional account. You must register with a new email address for your Client account.
- If you still cannot find the invitation email, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please double-check your email with your clinician. Be sure to be aware of any typos or periods. Your email must match exactly. If you haven't started your questionnaire, your clinician can both verify and edit your email address if you wish in their 'Couples List' by clicking your 'Partner Info' button. You will automatically receive a re-invitation email if they update your email address.
