If you are trying to reset your password, but aren't getting an email, please:
- Double check your junk/spam/promotions folders.
- You may have mistyped your email address when requesting a password reset.
- You may be registered under a different email. We can verify this on our end.
- If your clinician made an error when inviting you, please work with them. They will be able to correct your email address in their 'Couple's List' by clicking on your 'Partner Info' box. Once they update your email address, an invite will automatically be sent out to your email on file.
