If you are receiving an error notification that you are unable to register with the entered email address, it may be because the email you are trying to use has been taken and is linked to an existing account.
- If you already have an account and forgot your password, please reset your password from GottmanConnect.com by selecting ‘Login’, then ‘Forgot Password?’ (underneath the login fields). Make sure you enter the email originally used to create your account, and then follow instructions you will receive in their inbox.
