All the information requested in the questionnaire assessment is used only to provide reports for the therapist, and for no other purposes.
The goal of our Privacy Policy is to be as transparent as possible with our users. Any mention of third party data sharing in our Privacy Policy pertains specifically to basic web tools that are critical in helping us support the site. For example: to understand where things break, to help users login, to send email notifications, and learn about, for instance, if a user is coming to our site from a specific community newsletter.
At no stage is any personally identifiable information shared with third parties, which is critical for our HIPAA compliance. At no point is any information sold to anyone.
Our client data is stored in a HIPAA-compliant and secured platform. We do not use client data for any purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. As a reminder, each individual has the ability to edit any entered personal information in their Profile and can contact support@gottmanconnect.com for any specific questions regarding their PHI or for data and account removal requests (as stated in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions).
