The "Take Me to My Coach" button that shows up right after purchase will take you directly to your account. However if you logged out of your account and you forgot your password and are not receiving a password reset email, there is a high likelihood that your email is misspelled in our system.
Alternatively, if you logged out of your account, but do remember your password and are finding that your email and password is not being accepted by the system, there is a high likelihood that your email is misspelled in our system. We will be happy to look up your email. Once we do so, you can go to www.gottmanconnect.com, click on Log In and enter the misspelled email address and your password.
