The steps to access your Coach purchase will be included in the purchase receipt email.
You can also follow the instructions below:
- Once registered using your emailed receipt, please check that you are connected to the internet and that your internet connection speed allows you to play videos.
- Please go to www.gottmanconnect.com and select Log In.
- If you are trying to access the product from your smartphone, please click on the “book” icon at the top left corner of your browser window and select a topic.
- Please make sure no other apps are using audio or video on your phone.
