Thank you for reaching out to us and for explaining this sensitive situation in detail. We appreciate your feedback - it's very important to us as it helps us understand how to improve Gottman Connect for both clinicians and clients.
Currently, there are various locations where bolded flags are used to alert you - these all surface inside the generated Clinician's Checkup Report. As the clinician, if a partner has indicated via their questionnaire responses that they may be at risk, you will see this both in the top summary sections under "Individual Areas of Concern", as well as below in the detailed responses and analyses.
Since both partners' questionnaires are required to be submitted before analysis can occur and reports can be generated, there isn't currently a way of understanding these flags before the reports are generated. We are working with our technical team to see how to improve the flags further and make them more pronounced to clinicians in the future.
Can you make the flags for suicide risk clients more pronounced?
