Each partner should receive an invite email from noreply@gottmanconnect.com with the subject "Invitation to the Relationship Checkup". If they are not able to find this email in their Inbox:
- Please advise them to check their Spam or Junk Email folders, as it is likely there. Please make sure they mark it as ‘Not Spam’ so they can see additional communications from Gottman Connect in the future.
- As a clinician, you can re-invite them using the 'Reinvite' button next to their name in their portal.
- If they still cannot find the invitation email, their email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please double-check their email address with the partner. You can verify and edit their email address in your 'Couples List' by clicking their 'Partner 1 Info' or 'Partner 2 Info' button. They will automatically receive a re-invitation email if you update their email address.
If this doesn't help, please contact support@gottmanconnect.com. They will be able to verify if the emails were properly sent.
