If you can't find a couple in your Couples List, please go to your Couples List page and use the search box to find them by email, name, or phone number. The search results will immediately display your couple and indicate whether their status is Active or Archived. Click on your couple to continue working with them. See the screenshot below as an example:
If you still cannot find this couple, or if this couple has been Archived and you are unsure why, please visit the support center under your Resources tab and submit a ticket.
