- Ensure you aren't copy and pasting the email in. Carefully, manually type the email in.
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after the email address
- Confirm it is in the proper similar format to name@domain.com .
- Restarting your device.
- Using a different browser.
- Using a different device to invite the couples using their email addresses (such as a mobile device) It may be a local browser issue.
