How do I monitor the progress of my couples' questionnaires?

Did you know that you can monitor the progress of your clients’ Gottman Relationship Checkup Questionnaires?

1. Navigate to your ‘Couples’ list.
2. Expand the specific couple on which you’d like to check on by selecting the blue arrow.
3. Within the ‘Assessment’ box, you will see a section called ‘The Couple Questionnaire’.
4. There, you will find the name of each partner and the status of each’s progress.

Key Tip: If one partner is stuck listed at 99% (in progress), that usually means that they completed their survey but forgot to hit the ‘Submit’ button on the final review page of their questionnaire! Please remember that both partners will need to ‘Submit’ their questionnaires before you receive an emailed completion notification. Each client will see a confirmation screen after submitting their questionnaire.
