Is there a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?

Yes, there is. For US-based Clinicians, once registered and approved as a Clinician, you may request and sign a BAA using an automated e-signature tool in your GottmanConnect.com portal. To request and sign a BAA, navigate to the 'Resources' tab in the top-right corner of your account, then select 'Request BAA'.  Please carefully read the provided instructions before proceeding. Click on the red 'Proceed to Docusign' button. Fill in your first and last name and the email address that you used to sign up for your clinician account on Gottman Connect. Click the red 'Begin Signing' button to access the BAA document.
