You can edit your each partner's details before they start the questionnaire. This can be useful in case you mis-entered an email or name. However, once that partner has successfully received the email and paid for their assessment or started their questionnaire, as their clinician, you can no longer edit the couple's information.
To edit a couple's information before they start the questionnaire:
1. Expand your couple's row under your Couples List.
2. Click on the Partner Info button for the partner you'd like to edit.
3. Next to their information, you will see a pencil icon. Click it.
4. Enter any updated or corrected information and click save. (If you're fixing an email address to invite a partner, they will automatically get an email to their newly entered email address.)
To edit a couple's information after they have already started the questionnaire:
1. The partner whose name needs to be changed need to login to their own account.
2. The partner will need to hover over the silhouette/profile icon in the top-right of their screen, and select Profile in the drop down menu.
3. Once the partner changes their name in their profile, if needed, please let us know so that we can regenerate the reports with the correct names in place.
